I was really torn over what rating to give. On the one hand I bought a Park Tool cable cutter for a very good price that was delivered very quickly. However, this was strongly tempered against my inability to find suitable brake cables either through search or facetted filtering. Those that I did find often had very poor descriptions. I tried phoning up but got a fairly ambivalent bloke on the phone who simply said that they sell hundreds of lines and didn't know, he obviously had no expertise at all on bike maintenance (it would have been really helpful if he'd put someone on who did). So, I got what I was after to fix my brakes very easily but I was frustrated in my attempts to actually buy the cables. Needless to say I went to a large competitor to buy the cables after wasting a lot of time.
