I wanted to buy from my local shop but long lead times and +15% fee for using cycle to work scheme sent me looking on line. I have bought a bike from sigma before a long time ago which was easy so went straight back to the website. Bike were in stock and ordered really easy using a voucher on line. There was a small manufacturing issue with the bike for which I was sent photos and asked if I was happy with the condition. It was very small so we went ahead and they also kindly offered a £35 voucher for the inconvenience. Excellent service and communication from sigma (much better then my local independent shop unfortunately!) bike arrived on time well packed exactly as planned. Thanks sigma.
