I've been drinking bone broth for a couple of years now as part of my fasting protocols either intermittent or extended. Just one cup of bone broth is all I need to ensure that I get the correct salts in my body. They taste delicious and I've tried the different flavours. My preference is the beef with garlic and herbs. The broth has all natural ingredients and is excellent for gut health.
