Consider avoiding this service for the following reasons: 1. They won't refund, even if you've been a long time customer,.so I class.thatbas very poor customer service, they only care about keeping the money. No reason for not refunding or allowing a credit or change of date. 2. You cannot change your booking with less than 24 hours prior to departure. Even if you booked less.than 24 hours before and didn't tell you this even when booked over the phone 3. Often, even with Express, you are left sat on the bus in the airport far longer than the 30 minutes they state 4. During quieter periods you get the Standard service even if you paid for Express. Can be an ok service, but I now try to avoid. Cheaper and easier to get the Standard Alsa bus for €7.95 (number 520) every hour on the hour and it only takes 40 minutes.
