Good customer service.
The order never arrived and the tracking number only said the delivery company was expecting the parcel.
This parcel did not arrive after a week. I contacted customer services and they arranged for my order to be shipped again and arrived 3 days later.
Maybe time to use another delivery company other than Evri as their reputation is very poor and judging by my experience am inclined to agree..
