I ordered my batteries on 5/10/2023, as they had not arrived within the allotted time I emailed Batteries 1st on Sunday 15th to inform them of this. Today Monday 16th, I received a reply and was told that a replacement order is on its way. I'm hoping that my order will arrive this week, but I'm quite happy with the way they have reacted to my email.
I'm almost sure that it is their courier service that is at fault.
