The Volker profiling bed supplied by the council 18 years ago could not be serviced or maintained by them. A replacement was delivered which was totally unsuitable for my son's medical condition causing severe discomfort. (It appears to be common theme, maximum budget of £1,000 regardless of need). We purchased a newer version of the Volker bed with gel mattress from Bakare. We were delighted with the customer service, delivery and installation in a very short period of time. Karen was extremely helpful in answering my questions and the delivery men were very efficient and polite. I would not hesitate in using Bakare again or recommending them to potential customers.
