6 minutes agoNEW I ordered from Autobrite during the Easter sale and was excited for my products to arrive. After waiting well over a week, my order had not progressed past processing and when I sent an email requesting an ETA for the items, I received an automated response which did not answer my query at all. It is unacceptable to expect a customer to pay premium fees for delivery and still be happy to wait up to four weeks for their products to be shipped. No amount of prior warning makes that timeframe acceptable, and the automated responses just shows how little this company cares about their customers. They would sooner cancel and refund an order than make any attempts to go above and beyond to resolve any issues. It is a shame because their products are actually really good, however they should learn to manage their stock levels and capacity during busy periods so customers do not have to wait a month for their order to arrive.
