Ordered from the sales and for some reason it was in three separate orders. They told me I done it as it was three separate orders paid three different times. Not sure how, as it was only the once I done it. I asked if my 2 smaller orders could be put with my £80 order and I get refunded the other 2 shipping fees and they said they can't as its done as they go. I then said if it can't be done I would rather a refund ( then be £8 odd out of pocket for something they could easily rectify) and within 20 minutes they send me an emails saying they will refund me. Awful customer service. Can't do a simple request as to put it in the same box to save the extra £8 in delivery fees when it's going to the the same place! Awful attitude towards customers and clearly don't care about the customers. Fine by me, I'll happily go elsewhere. Would suggest you do the same.
