Poor website . Almost impossible to contact them via phone or email. Took out a loan and after 3 months the hadn't taken a payment. They seem to want you to be perpetually in debt so they can make money. I paid them a lump sum and that foxed their system. Promised an urgent call and staff just lied that they had tried to call me. Suggest you avoid. Service is also sold through Arnold Clark or PSA services
