I would like to make a complaint about a driver who was really rude and abusive to my partner. He was parked on a bus lane, in croydon town centre on the 1st of april evening 2021 He was smoking cannabis the smell was horrendous. He was at the bust stop with our son. He asked him to move as he was smoking a illegal substance in public in front of our son. His reaction was why dont you move with your little brat you Paki. He found his behaviour threatening rude no way to speak to any member of public. He refuses to give his name or location of where he works from. He was a tall black diver with glasses hat and a blue mask. He took these pictures of the van he was driving. I was in so much shock when he got home told me what had just happened.
