I visited today in a stare of considerable concern. I'm an elderly person with mobility limitations. My gmail had been compromised and was being subject to what I presume was a threatening scam. I was assisted brilliantly, thoughtfully and caringly by Declan Searson, who with patience solved my problem, in such a way that I never felt foolish when showing myself not just very worried but very ignorant of how these systems work. I couod find no way of giving feedback elsewhere so I would like to give a public thank you to Declan. Yiu were a life saver
