I read their return policy before ordering because of size issues between different brands. I submitted my order during their Black Friday sale and double checked that I did not order anything that was not returnable. So I placed my order and when I got it, I tried on the joggers. Way too big. I went to start an order for exchange, and I was told by their customer service that my item is non-returnable. I will not be supporting this brand anymore. With so many others out there that have better return policy’s.
