Dropped them an email Wednesday evening needing a part for my 2005 vintage Mountfield lawn mower (which I was doubtful could be sourced!). Response received early Thursday morning and after exchanging workshop manual images the correct part for the year of mower was identified and ordered by mid Thursday afternoon with delivery expected in the next couple of days. Many thanks Andrew for all your help. (I am still waiting for a response from two other companies I contacted at the same time in my search!)
