I Had a problem with my roller blind, managed to break the chain and get it jammed in the cogs
I called Harrow branch spoke to a very nice man called Paul
he couldn't do enough for me,
i sent him photos of the problem, he called me back and talked me through it all for NO charge
Everything working now, unfortunately there are not many businesses you get service like that anymore
