Horrible and awful experience. If your insurance provider uses this company please steer clear. They are terrible and if they damage your vehicle, will drag it out costing you lots of money and time. They will ask you to provide pics and estimate costs yet won’t consider any payments or loss of aythuhg. Terrible terrible experience. They have horrible customer service. Worst company ever to deal with. Check out their complaints with the BBB. Horrific experience. Please save yourselves folks if you read this prior. They are thieves and not an honest company. So terrible I can’t even find more adjectives to describe how awful of an experience I incurred.
