My first point of contact was Daniel, and the service, advice and information received was first class, from our initial phone conversation right through to the completion of the report. After receipt of the quotation detailing everything that would be included in the total cost, we were left to decide if we wanted to proceed with Aegaea, there was no pressure at all. We decided to go ahead after making other enquiries, and following discussions between ourselves. The report was produced within the timescale given, which was impressive, as Christmas and New Year Holidays meant there was going to be an expected delay anyway.
