Acer to start with there customer service is shocking! I've called them everyday for a week now to receive 1 email to verify my I.D? my new desktop and monitor that I paid for 1-2 days delivery has yet to be delivered 4 days after purchase. I've asked for my money back seems a difficult task as well. My advise is search over companies before using acer it may be cheaper but it's not worth the headache! There customer service team will say anything to get you off the phone honestly I've never been so frustrated trying to explain simply I want my order, deliver it or send me my money back surely it makes sense just send an email and confirm or send my order! I actually think the people they employ make things worse.
