"Shocking experience took this cover plus extra costs to cover an already ill (non traveller) in case of cancellation within a week of booking the ill relative took a turn for the worst and these were totally unhelpful. They were useless in fact.
Basic instructions are you don't get the policy wording until you pay then once you do no matter what cover you get there's a tiny box in the policy wording which is a basic get out clause!! So therefore it's a miss sold product which I will and shall be taking further action! Avoid at all costs and don't bother as although you have the 14 day cooling off period within those two weeks something may happen and you will then have to pay out yourself! Worst insurance ever dealt with and they also show no empathy in sad situations like ours.
Avoid is my advise!"
