We initially ordered our first cockerpoo fleece via not on the high street. There was a mix-up in the order and the wrong size was sent. We emailed not on the high street and did not get a response. However, the STIX team responded in 24 hours and offered a exchange in size or a discount on a second fleece. We had already used the fleece so opted for a discounted second. This came within a few days. The quality of the product and ease of putting on is great. In addition the zip over the back makes so much sense. We also love the environmental credentials.
