Do not give your money to this company! They have no consideration for their customers once they have your money. I accidentally put a previous address on my order through Amazon. I notified them within hours and they said there was nothing they could do to help. Amazon subsequently informed me that they could have redirected the package - but by then it was too late as it had already been delivered. Amazon interceded on my behalf to ask for a refund, and I’ve repeatedly messaged them - I made a mistake, but so did they - they could have helped. In every reply they say Amazon is lying and I need to return the item!! How am I supposed to do that from 200 miles away in the middle of a pandemic!! I wish I’d read the other reviews on here before giving them a penny. Heartless money grabbing company.
