I was hoping to do a ZERO, but I had to pick a star so I will give it a 1. The website is very unclear that this is no longer a Canadian company- very deceiving. The shipment took a really long time to get here and then nothing fit. Definitely not TTS. Everything fit small. I wear a "large" in everything from most retailers and I could not do the pants up! I had reviewed the sizing requirements. I am a US 12. Fits more like a US8-10. Now to return the items for a refund, I have to pay full shipping back to the United Kingdom with tracking which will cost >$150!! I paid $200 for the pants and jacket that I purchased. SO RIDICULOUS and unfair. Now I am stuck with this outfit that doesn't fit and I am out over $200 right before the holidays. NO THANKS. DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER.
