What an utterly horrific company. Ordered a soft chair for our sons birthday on Aug 20th, they sent a dinosaur lampshade. Since then we cannot get in touch. We reordered the chair which still hasnt arrived, when we did manage to get through to the company they claimed there was no second order. Next step was to lodge an appeal with PayPal. We ordered again, sent confirmation of the order via screenshot and order number via FB and instgram to claim again there was no order. We are nearly a month on and we still have no product or present. Impossible to get hold of and were promised a reply last wednesday by monday. Its a week on and Wednesday tomorrow, still with no reply. Second PayPal claim lodged and a section 57 created with my credit card company. AVOID this company at ALL costs!!!!!
