we bought ASUS Vivo book Flip TP412FA-DS51TCA 14" we also bought extended warranty for three years last week this laptop started making noise. I have given this for the repair at staples store (80 Great Lakes Drive Brampton, ON L6R 2K7)
I got a message from Staples Service department that this laptop cannot be fixed, and they are offering me $700.I paid for this laptop $800+taxes + $290 for warranty and I am only getting $700 back.
They should give me my full money or has to fix my laptop
