I had chosen Sportfish on several fishing friends recommendations as being good value and having an excellent range of fishing tackle. As a complete novice I had chosen a fly rod and reel outfit that was competitively priced and a good brand as well as some accessories. Unfortunately the rod was not in stock and I needed the set urgently. On contacting the store Chris Ryan immediately reviewed the situation and phoned back as promised 5 minutes later. He has sourced an alternative and got it to the courier to be delivered next day. As well as taking time to pass on some advice around rods and reels. It was excellent service and definitely went above and beyond late on a Friday afternoon. Thanks Chris and I will both use you again and recommend you to my friends.
