The price is not what they say it is!
I booked and paid for 2 guests at for a spa stay and a day later I got another call back to say I needed to pay more as they “got the price wrong.” Not only this, the manager did not care at all and just told me that she would give me a refund instead of apologising and matching what was provided on the website and taken out of my bank account. Ended up paying almost double the price that was shown on the website.
