I bought Miista boots in January through Sarenza.de. After wearing them about 5 times, the right boot came apart on the back, right down the seam for some reason. I contacted customer service about this problem and asked them to open a warranty case. They asked me to send pictures of the damage and assured me that an examination would take up to 7 business days. It's been two months since then and I still haven't heard back from them. They have stopped responding to emails and there is no way to contact them again. I do not recommend using this resale platform. They most likely buy faulty items from suppliers and sell them for the same price as the official brand's website. I only used this platform because the model I wanted was sold out on the Miista official site at the time. But I will never do that again.
