I also bought a tv from rgb direct last July stored in original box until our hose got renovated we had extended warranty with Retracare so we new we were covered or so we thought but not so we opened the box on Friday when we went to set up the tv all looked well until we turned the tv on there were black images on the screen with lines running down so we first telephoned Retracare who said as the tv wasn’t a year old it wasn’t covered by them and told us to contact rgb direct the tv hasn’t even been set up an engineer can check how many hours a tv has been used for and this one has none but rgb direct aren’t interested they have their money the tv was a Samsung model so we are having to buy a new tv and we will not be using rgb direct or extending our warranty with Retracare or buying another Samsung tv we will go to a reputable dealer who values customer care
