I just went in to get my online clothes order & it turned into a joke.(20th Jan 2024 about 10:30 am) I was told I have no manners after defending myself against two unprofessional women(no customer service skills) & that's what I said to them. I had no Hello,please,thank you,just a dirty look,like I was at the bottom of her shoe. I asked "why are you looking at me like that"?"I only want to collect my parcel" Then I got the book slammed down & snapped questions about my order by her. "Name!" I said my name & went to give her my order number. Then she said"I said Name!" I replied "I have just told you my name!" Then the coloured hair tall woman snapped"don't talk to my colleague like that!" I didn't want my order after that & I asked for a refund & told them I won't ever shop in that store again & will be reporting them. I was replied with "Go on then & I have no manners" by the tall coloured long haired one,while the other went to get my parcel. While getting my refund,the one who said I have no manners, looked like she was sucking a lemon while serving another customer. I can now understand why Peacocks have no customers& the shop is empty, if customers are going to be treated like that. I was even wearing trousers & a jumper I bought before(been going there since 2008)most of my clothes are from peacocks. After that I went to other stores (mc dons,morrisons & wickes) had no trouble & great service. Why is this happening in your store?
