Absolutely useless. Booked a large item collection with UPS, nobody turned up. Impossible to get hold of anybody at parcelhero so spoke to courier directly. They then collected but won't deliver it because it is over sized - yet I had already paid parcelhero for special handling and given them the sizes and weights. Now they say the only way to contact them is in writing and I should wait 14 days for them to respond. Absolutely useless, I will never use them again.
