A Moving Nightmare: Unprofessional Service Leaves Customer Stranded
This review details an utterly unacceptable experience with ParcelHero’s moving service. Having booked well in advance and scheduled collection for my final day in town, I was left stranded and frustrated by a complete lack of professionalism and communication.
Throughout the day, I made repeated inquiries to customer care, desperately seeking the collection driver's contact information or even an estimated arrival time. However, ParcelHero not only failed to provide any contact details but also remained unable to offer a concrete collection timeframe.
Most egregiously, at the very end of the day, I was informed that the collection had been unilaterally postponed for a further three days. This left me in an impossible situation, with my belongings packed and no place to stay for the unexpected extended period.
ParcelHero’s service defies description. Their inefficiency, unethical conduct, and lethargic approach to customer service resulted in a deeply stressful and inconvenient situation. This experience is a stark reminder of the importance of thorough research and due diligence when selecting a moving company.
