waited most of the day for labels , waited in a queue for live chat and when i did get through i could not reply there was no send button waist of time, then got a email saying someone will be in touch the next day and needed the labels because my item was going to be picked up on that day, so no help at all very dissipointed , only one good thing was the driver collected on the day given late afternoon so waited in most of the day, they need to do much better if they want my custom again
