The pick up and delivery were fine but giving a window of 9am-5.30 was asking a lot of my mother in law to stay in my house all day. I thought that I’ll change the address to hers that’s a couple of streets away (2 mins after booking) but your system wouldn’t allow me. A bit old fashioned and pant’s really!
