Didn't collect the item in time, they didn't even bother to let me know they won't be able to do it!
I paid for next day delivery and they say the booking have to be made before 11 am in order to be collected the same day and deliver next day !
Did the booking at 10:30 am, no one turned up to pick up the parcel yet, that's 7:30 pm ,just wondered if this is another scam!
