Wanted some specific winter tyres, and no-where in Uk seems to sell premium winters. Ordered 4 Pirelli winter tyres on quoted 2 week delivery. Nothing after 2 weeks, so I checked reviews and got worried.! Chased after 3 weeks and struggled to get hold of support. Tyres showed after 4 weeks. In summary, this is a good source if you need something specific, if you can wait, and if you want a good price. If you are in a rush - go elsewhere.
