This is Jet2 Ladies and Gentlemen I tried of course changing dates for the expensive ticket but not even around Christmas prices are so high Don't even bother calling Customer Service, they can't help but will give you an email address from which an automatic response (that could take up to 28 days) will say "This inbox is for Customers who have returned home from their holiday.
