I’ve had a couple of items from this firm that have been substandard. One was returned and they refunded me. The latest was a galvanised 300mm cabin hook which, although fitting the description, was very shoddily made, I am always disappointed when screws supplied with a product have a “Phillips” style head and not “Posidrive” as this screams cheap Chinese screws at me. The screws supplied with this product either burred in the head when driving in or, worse, snapped on the shank when attempting to remove them The galvanising on the hook part was very rough and shoddy. Not up to British Made “Eliza Tinsley” style although the price was definitely “Eliza Tinsley”. On the plus side, their delivery, returns and customer help are very good. Personally I’d prefer to receive quality goods! Two unhappy experiences with this company so will not be using them again.
