Recently stayed at Brean Sands paid for lodge with hot tub. On arrival was given down graded, tired small lodge and rang owners and Hoseasons said no record of phone call confirming hot tub and now fully booked! Had to stay in lodge given. Fridge did not work went to reception waited til next day for replacement which was smelly and broken. They suggested we put our food in Supermarket down road! Eventually new fridge turned up but no freezer. When they delivered fridge they left lodge door and gates open and my dogs got out onto main road! Neither the owners or Hoseasons were helpful at all. On return emailed customer services with issues they offered 20% off next holiday. Received phone call from customer services a man called Zac and was offered refund to be put onto card used to pay for holiday with but after 18 days of no refund I rang them and he absolutely denied the phone call ever happening and said they did not offer me a refund and it’s my word against theres, again!! The attitude was disgusting basically accusing me of lying and they wont be offering any kind of compensation! Shame because I had been holidaying with my grandchildren there for many years and the location and the beach is perfect. After the way they have treated me I definitely won’t be holidaying there again.
