Here's what went wrong. When I subscribed and ordered Lysol I did receive my first order in July with no issues. So home supply charges me August 31st for more Lysol to be delivered. That has been almost a month and I have yet to receive my second order of Lysol. All I ordered was two bottles of Lysol. I don't see what the problem is. I did not receive my second order of Lysol. So I'm looking at my statements and I'm seeing where they're charging me but they're not delivering my order. So I tried contacting them via email to check on the status or my order with no response. I tried calling them repeatedly and I can't get an answer at all. It puts you through to a representative where the phone just rings and rings and you don't get an answer prompting you to leave a voicemail. I got tired of calling. I just called my bank and explained to them the situation I filed a dispute. I also put a stop payment on any further ability for home supply to take money from me and not deliver my product. I'm tired of going back and forth trying to get a response from home supply it's stressful tiring and exhausting. I feel like this company is a scam if not then they need to get their company in order and address the customers accordingly in a timely fashion. Or hire more people to help if staff are overwhelmed with too much orders. PERIOD!!!! Also How come home supply charged me for Lysol and it shows paid, but the order was never even fulfilled it even shows it on my account. I attached pictures. 😒
