I ordered baskets Spring of 2020, understandably they did not arrive until November. Loved them and completely understood shipping delays so I ordered more the Spring of 2021. I have emailed several times asking and get no response. At one point I was offered product credit good for one day only. I emailed back that they did not credit the 35 I paid for shipping for items that never shipped and that the baskets are still on the site so I would just reorder the baskets with the product credit or they can just send what I ordered since it still is listed. I never heard back and still have received nothing. It was a large order and a lot in shipping. No products and no refund over a year later. Do not do business with this company!
