Sadly the companies customer services is terrible and very mechanical. Due to an issue with their promotion code but not allowing you to remove a promo code my bill total was more than expected. When realising this they decided they coukd not help. Many companies in this situation, even smaller ones, would of stepped in and found a solution. Instead, I was ignored; even when I requested information about refusing my delivery and other options such as returning. Sadly I have now heard similar from my alternative friends who have tried them in the past, I just thought maybe they were unlucky, but sadly it does just seem to be the way this company is.
