I have ordered from GC three times, once several years ago, then twice in the last month. First 2 orders no problem, arrived as expected and quality was good. The last one however could not have been more different. I ordered 5 days before my night out thinking with the 3-5 day delivery it would be fine. No order arrived. Website just says 'processing'. I have tried to contact them by email (twice) and Twitter (twice) - NO reply!! No phone number to contact them and basically just ignoring me. To be honest it's a joke that they don't offer a premium next day delivery and/or tracked option like EVERY other online retailer. When I do eventually get my outfit I'll be too scared to return it because I doubt I'll get my money back. Well done GC - great way to turn a loyal customer into an enemy! I'll be sure to tell everyone I know.
