i dont often complain about much but i needed to warn others of my recent experience with the customer care dept . bought a tv cabinet and when i opened it to assemble i found that the top of the unit was damaged and glass was scratched so i emailed the company and sent a couple of photos to support my claim and they told me that because i had assembled the unit they would not dend out a replacement part i tried to explain that i only needed the top of the unit all i got was silly excuses the after care really do not not how to deal with problems i wouldnt buy again from this company all i got was excuse after excuse to a vey simple problem a repacement top is all i wanted my advice stay clear of them
