I ordered a christmas hamper for my niece and her husband costing £60.Not only did they forget my order but when I eventually got throught to them on the phone which by the way took 3 days before they answered they said they would get a hamper out straight away.Well when it arrived at my nieces all the stuff in it were not the products advertised it looked like things they got out of their kitchen cupboard.The jam was not home made it was from a company near me in tiptree essex the mince pies were Mr Kipling and as for the other products well!! There was only 1 bottle of wine instead of two.I have been trying to get them again on phone and emails no answer.So I will now put this in the hand of the small claims court with the photos I took of the hamper.
