I ordered a mystery box of wool by mistake. I tried to cancel it by email but had no reply, and the wool duly arrived. I rang customer services and spoke to a lovely young man named Lewis, who sent me a returns label and arranged a refund. I cannot speak more highly of his attitude and politeness along with his efficiency. I would order again.
