Ordered ps5vr2 online Order turned up Headset did not work Tried contacting via email, email kept firing back as undelivered I Rang up, explained situation, was told they would email me, I told them i needed to return it asap as its for xmas present Tried to make me send it to Sony for repair (20-30 day turn around) I explained its never worked, it turned up faulty so its there problem, basically they wanted there cut of the selling price but wanted me to do what they are regulatory required to do as stated in there T&C`s Informed them i require a return postage label to return item..
