We purchase two pairs of school shoes for our children last year. After less than 1 term of use, both pairs have are now leaking in water. We visited the store last weekend and spoke to Manager who advised that if the children's feet had grown, then they could not help. Children's feet are always going to grow, this is why we get a slightly larger shoe so they last a little longer. Both children's feet had grown so they could not help. Disappointed by the quality of both pairs of shoes and how long they lasted. Always bought Clarks shoes as they are supposed to be high quality, this appears to be no longer the case!
