Last Thursday I contacted Snooper for a replacement car charging lead for my truckmate sat nav. Was told the item was nor in stock, but I could order one which would be made up specially for me. Got an email stating it would arrive the following Monday....and it did!
I was so pleased with the exellent service, and prompt delivery - plus my charger lead and plug etc., was just what I wanted.....well done!
