I recently bought a pair of golf shoes from the company ( my first purchase with them) but unfortunately after 2 months they developed a few faults. I contacted CGDiscount golf who could not have been more helpful, after an e-mail I received a reply instructing me to return the shoes which I did. I paid the return postage but they sent me a golf glove in exchange which would have cost a lot more that the postage. I received a credit voucher which enabled me to order another pair of shoes and just pay the difference. I also rang them and got very helpful advice regarding sizing and brand which helped me decide on my new pair of shoes. I cannot do anything but praise their customer care and service which has been first class. I would have no problem in using them again or recommending them to friends.
