They took my online order and took payment and also took another payment for speedier delivery - only to be told that they don’t have one of the two items in stock the day before delivery was due. No decent web based business should be taking your money for stock they don’t have. Very poor- have cancelled both items and bought the same items from an online competitor. Still to receive the refund- which can take up to 5 days they say!!
